This page explains everything about the shipping and delivery of your orders from ALEX. All orders are prepared and shipped directly by the store.

1. Shipping Areas

We ship and deliver to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Shipping outside Egypt is not currently available.

2. Delivery Time

  • Cairo & Giza: 2 to 3 days.
  • Other governorates: 3 to 5 days.

Delivery may take longer during seasons and offers or for reasons beyond our control, and we will inform you of any delay.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Cairo & Giza: EGP 100.
  • Lower Egypt governorates: EGP 110.
  • Upper Egypt governorates: EGP 120.
  • Sharm El Sheikh: EGP 150.

Free shipping for orders over EGP 30,000.

Shipping fees are clearly shown on the checkout page before you confirm or pay.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, our team or the shipping company will contact you to arrange the delivery time. You can ask about your order status at any time using the contact details below.

5. Inspection & Receipt

You have the right to open the package and inspect the product in the presence of the courier before accepting it. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as being unreachable may delay or cancel the order.

6. Refusing Delivery

If the order is refused without a defect or a mistake from the store, the customer pays the shipping fees.
