1. Refunds

There are no refunds after the order is received. That is why you can fully inspect the product in the presence of the courier before accepting it, and you can refuse delivery if the product does not suit you.

2. Exchange

You can exchange the product for another size or colour during inspection on delivery in the presence of the courier, provided the product is in its original condition with the original tag and packaging.

3. Exchange Shipping Fees

The customer pays the exchange shipping fees.

4. Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Swimwear.
  • Products bought at a discount or as part of an offer.

5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is shipped by contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or email. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled, but you can refuse delivery according to the Shipping Policy.
