By browsing or purchasing from the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Exchange & Refund Policy published on the website.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to display product descriptions, photos and sizes as accurately as possible. However, slight differences in colour, fabric or size may appear due to photography, lighting or screen settings, and such slight differences are not considered a product defect.

3. Product Categories

The website offers men’s clothing and accessories, including: t-shirts, shirts, pants, shorts, jackets, sweatshirts and pullovers, suits, shoes, bags, belts and caps. All products are owned by ALEX and are sold and shipped directly by us.

4. Prices

All prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). The store reserves the right to change prices or offers at any time without prior notice, and the price shown at the time of order confirmation applies. Shipping fees are shown separately on the checkout page before payment.

5. Order Confirmation

After you place an order, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your details and address. The store has the right to cancel any order if the product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, the customer cannot be reached, or the details provided are incorrect.

6. Payment Methods

We offer cash on delivery and online payment by credit and debit cards through a secure payment gateway. Your card details are not stored on our website; they are processed entirely by the payment service provider.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all governorates of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Delivery takes 2 to 3 days within Cairo and Giza, and 3 to 5 days for other governorates. Shipping is free for orders over EGP 30,000. For more details, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

8. Inspection on Delivery

The customer has the right to open the package and inspect the product in the presence of the courier before accepting it. If there is any problem, the delivery can be refused, and in this case the customer only pays the shipping fees, if any.

9. Refund Policy

There are no refunds after the order is received; the customer can inspect the product and refuse delivery before paying the courier. Full details are in our Exchange, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Exchange Policy

The product can be exchanged for another size or colour during inspection on delivery, provided it is in its original condition with the original tag and packaging.

11. Exchange Shipping Fees

The customer pays the exchange shipping fees.

12. Non-Exchangeable Products

  • Swimwear.
  • Products bought at a discount or as part of an offer.

13. Fraud Prevention

The store has the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of being fraudulent or containing incorrect details, as well as repeated orders that are refused on delivery without a reason.

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, including photos, designs, texts and the ALEX logo, belongs to the store and may not be copied or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

The store is not responsible for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the website or the products, and our liability is in all cases limited to the value of the purchased product.

The store is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, general outages, shipping company delays or government decisions.
